This is a legal agreement between you and Cari D. Cruse. By downloading this product and using it on any computer or device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). Be sure to read the following agreement before using this product.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS PRODUCT AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF IT.
This is a license. Cari D. Cruse retains all intellectual property rights in the contents of this product. The product and all of its content is provided under the terms of this Agreement, which governs the use of the content.

- You may create scrapbook layouts, personal blog designs, and other projects/crafts for your personal use using this product.
- You may submit scrapbooking layouts and other projects/crafts for publication to books, magazines, print newsletters, digital newsletters, and online galleries provided credit is given to Cari D. Cruse / CariCreates.com.
- You may use this product in part or whole to create website layouts for your own PERSONAL blogs/sites. Please give credit to Cari D. Cruse / CariCreates.com.

::Professional Use / Scrap for Others / Scrap for Hire::
You may use my designs in your home-based business as long as the following requirements are adhered to:
- You may use this product to create scrapbook layouts, personal blog designs, and other projects/crafts for compensation by another party provided that the layout/craft is delivered to your client as a PRINTED item or in a FLATTENED file format (JPG). No layered files of any kind (including but not limited to: .tiff, .psd, .psp, .apd, .xcf) may be delivered to the client at any time.
- You may not re-license any products you create for mass production. This license is only for small-scale, handmade, at-home production.
- My original files may not be redistributed in any way.
- You must credit me in your completed projects – i.e., on the label or back/bottom of crafts, or someplace similar.
- You may not create templates with these images or resell ANY of the product contents as scrapbooking products or any other commercial use other than in completed layouts or crafts, as described above.

- No use on commercial blogs, sites, or paid signature tag or stationery is permitted without purchase of additional licensing from Cari D. Cruse and express written permission.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PRODUCTS PROVE DEFECTIVE YOU (AND NOT Cari D. Cruse) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Cari D. Cruse or her agents be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use, any of the products sold or distributed by Cari D. Cruse. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Cari D. Cruse or her agents shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Cari Cruse or her agents incur.
